Lino’s has quadrupled its event space, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Events & Banquet Manager to lead the charge. This role oversees the planning, staffing, and execution of all in-house events—from banquets and weddings to seasonal gatherings—with the opportunity to grow into banquet sales and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet/event execution at State Street, Riverside, and The Shed
- Lead 4 category leads and manage cross-functional coordination
- Handle staffing, client communication, and event logistics
- Support banquet sales growth and client relationship building
Qualifications:
- Experience in education, hospitality, or event logistics preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills

The Mercato is a boutique container marketplace featuring local artists, makers, and merchants. We’re looking for a Retail Manager who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting vendors, assisting events, and helping create a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily vendor support, open/close duties, and retail flow
- Maintain inventory, signage, shared supply needs, and site upkeep
- Assist with onboarding vendors and ensuring compliance
- Support events and community activations
- Training and overseeing staff
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail or operations management experience
- Passion for supporting small business and a clean, welcoming space
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and accountability
